Both Tony and Concetto were born in Italy.Tony is from the town of Caltanissetta and moved here with his parents at age 11. He's worked in kitchens since age twelve and started making pies at age fourteen.
Concetto is from Siragusa and came to America as an experienced chef when he was 35. He began working in kitchens at the age of seven. He met Tony in an Italian coffee shop after arriving in the US, and they soon became partners.
